By clicking below, you acknowledge that you understand and comply with the following requirements of the Graduate Corps Cadet Scholarship:
1. You must be a five-year graduate Corps Cadet of the U.S.A. Central Territory. This will be confirmed by THQ Youth Department.
2. You must be an active Senior Soldier in good standing, with the endorsement of your corps officer.
3. Attend a Salvation Army Corps during the time of the scholarship if a corps is located near the institution of your choice. If a corps is not near the school, you must attend a local church.
4. You must be accepted at an accredited post-high school program/institution.
5. You must carry a full-time study program.
6. You must maintain a 2.0 cumulative grade point average or higher during the entire school term.
7. You must reply promptly to any request for information from the Territorial Youth Department or the Officer Resource and Development Department.
8. Application will be made annually, no later than August 15th for each academic year to continue to receive funds.

Note: Understand that this grant qualifies as a scholarship only if it is used for tuition, fees, books, supplies, and equipment, which expenses do not include room and board and that only in this case is it excluded for purposes of federal income, SECA, and FICA taxes. By accepting this grant, you may be required to provide declaration that these monies were used for the purposes outlined here for which they were intended. Failure to do so may result in being issues a 1099 miscellaneous income statement from The Salvation Army.
