2020 Commissioning Registration Form

Important Information

To register, complete the form below and submit your registration. When you submit your registration, a confirmation page will be displayed and you will have the opportunity to pay for your registration online. If you do not see the confirmation page, please reregister.

Your registration fee includes:

  • Commissioning Program
  • Admission to all Commissioning sessions
  • A Box Lunch will be provided for all Registered delegates on Saturday, June 13, 2020 from 11:30am – 1:30pm at the Miller High Life Theatre; to enjoy while listening to the concurrent musical concerts (which includes: The Gospel Experience, Worship Circles, Rising Star Soloists and Divisional and Corps Music and Arts Groups).
  • Please note: The Sunday Morning Family Worship Meeting/Commissioning and Ordination, beginning at 9:00am, is Open to the Public - No ticket is required for entry into the Milwaukee Theatre for this session

All delegates, including children, must be registered by June 1 for the event. Childcare is available for $25 per child.

No refunds will be given for your Commissioning Registration after May 15, 2020.

Delegate Information

Pre-Order a Box Lunch for Sunday June 14.
Cost is $10 per person, pick up will be at the Miller High Life Theatre.
Box Lunches WILL NOT be available for purchase at the Miller High Life Theatre.
